Registering attendees with numbers in the 'City' field is possible

Description

Steps to reproduce
1. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz
2. Click on 'Attendees' on the left side menu.
3. Click on 'Create' button.
4. Fill the 'City' field with numbers
5. Click on 'Create' button.

Expected result
Message should be displayed: 'The City must be a letters.' The user should not be able to register an attendee using numbers in the 'City' field.

Actual result
An attendee is registered with numbers in the 'City' field.
