Interrapt G25

Admin user is able to register an attendee with entering more than 15 characters in the 'Phone' field, even though by the specification the 'Phone' field should accept maximum 15 characters.

Steps to reproduce
1. Log in with valid credentials
2. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/attendees
3. Click on 'Create' button
4. Fill the fields 'Phone' field with more than 15 characters
5. Click on 'Create' button

Expected result
Message should be displayed:'The Phone field accepts maximum 15 characters'. The admin user should not be able to register an attendee using more than 15 characters in the 'Phone' field.

Actual result
An attendee is registered with more than 15 characters in the 'Phone' field.
