Interrapt G25

Admin user can register an attendee with entering less than 5 characters in the 'Phone' field, even though by the specification the 'Phone' field should accept minimum 5 characters.

Steps to reproduce
1. Log in with valid credentials
2. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/attendees
3. Click on 'Create' button
4. Fill the 'Phone' field with less than 5 characters
5. Click on 'Create' button

Expected result
Message should be displayed: 'The Phone field requires at least 5 characters'. The admin user should not be able to register an attendee using less than 5 characters in the 'Phone' field.

Actual result
An attendee is registered with less than 5 characters in the 'Phone' field.
