Steps to reproduced:
1.Click on 'Attendees'
2.Click on 'Create' button
3.Fill in the "Name" field with 2 characters
4.Click on 'Create' button
Expected result:
-The "Name field" should accept min 3 characters
-Warning message under field
-Attendees should not be created
Actual result:
-The "Name" field is accepting 2 characters
-There is no field validation
-Attendees has been created

- Subject changed from The Admin user is able to create an Attendee with less than 3 characters in the name field to The Name field does not meet the required number or special characters
