Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.Open the app and login.
2.Open the webinars page.
3.Enter the description field with less than 10 characters.
4.Fill all the other fields properly.
5.Click create.

Expected result:
1.Webinar should not be created with less than 10 characters in description field.

Actual result:
1.Webinar has been successfully created with less than 10 characters.
