Interrapt G25

Еditing is possible when entering more than 50 characters in the 'Name' field even though by the specification the'Name'field (when editing) should accept minimum 7 and maximum 50 characters.

Steps to reproduce
1, Log in with valid credentials
2. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/users
3. Click on 'Edit' button on some previously created user
4. Enter a new name in the 'Name' field with more than 50 characters
5. Click on 'Edit' button.

Expected result
Message should be displayed: 'The 'Name' field is required'. Editing should not be possible when entering more than 50 characters in the 'Name' field.

Actual result
Previously created user is edited whit more than 50 characters in 'Name' field.
