Steps to reproduce
1. Log in to the Interrapt page
2. Click on Mentors
3. Click on Create button
4. Fill out the name, surname, and bio field
5. Fill out the Occupation field with a two letters word (QA)
6. Click on Create button
Expected result
New Mentor should not be created with less than 3 letters word in Occupation field.
Actual result
New Mentor is created with less than 3 letters word in Occupation field.
