Steps to reproduce
1. Open the Interrapt webpage
2. Click on Tags on the side bar
3. Click on Create button in the top right corner
4. Fill in the Title field with special characters (@#$)
5. Click on Create button

Expected results
The user on Interrapt webpage should not be able to create a title tag with other special characters than "-" and "."

Actual Results
The user on Interrapt webpage is able to create a title tag with other special characters than "-" and "."
