Interrapt G25

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/users
2. Observe the content of Users list, that in part Actions that their are two button
3. Observe that the first button in Actions is for edit as square with an arrow on the inside in green color
4. Observe that the second button in Actions is for deleting as garbage can in red color

Expected results:
Two buttons are displayed under Actions part, one for editing - square with an arrow on the inside in green color and second for deleting - garbage can in red color.

Actual results
One button is displayed under Actions part for editing as square with an arrow on the inside in green color. The second for deleting is missing in the Actions part.
