Steps to reproduce
1. Log into Interrapt webpage
2. Click on Tags on the side bar
3. Click on Create button in the top right corner
4. Fill in the Title field with more than 20 characters word (natalija krsteska student na akademijata za software testing)
5. Click on Create button

Expected results
The user should not be able to create a title tag with more than 20 characters

Actual results
The user is able to create a title tag with more than 20 characters.
