Webinar can be created by selecting expired date and time for starting and ending of the webinar itself.

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.Log in to application URL:https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/dashboard
2.Go to Webinars page URL:https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/webinars
3.Click on create button.
4.In the start date form select the expired date and time and in the end date select expired date and time.
5.Click on create button.

Expected result:
The webinar should not be created whit expired date and time for starting and ending of the webinar.

Actual result:
The webinar is successfully created whit expired date and time for starting and ending of the webinar.

OS: Windows 11
