Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Login and navigate to: https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/users/create
2. Enter 'email@a' in the email field.
3. Enter valid data in other fields.
4. Click on 'CREATE' button.
Expected result: Warning should be displayed indicating that the email address is invalid.
Actual result: A pop-up message "User has been created successfully." will be displayed.
