openAttendee is created with Surname which includes numbers and invalid special characters

Description
Attendee is successfully created even though the surname field should not accept special characters (except . and -) and numbers.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to Interrupt
2. Click on Attendees
3. Click on Create
4. Enter a Surname that contains special characters and numbers (ex.@#1258)
5. Fill the other mandatory fields with valid data
6. Click on 'Create' button
Expected Result:
The attendee should not be created, the surname field should accepts only the following special characters (“-”, and “.”), and should not accept numbers. An error message should be shown that the name field is required in red letters.
Actual result:
The attendee is successfully created, even though the entered surname includes invalid special characters and numbers. Error message is not displayed.
