Interrapt G25

Steps to reproduce:

1.Log in to application URL:https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/dashboard.
2.Open the webinars page.
3.Click on create button. URL:https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/webinars/create
3.In the image field upload a image larger than 1000x1000 pixels .
4.Fill all the other fields properly.
5.Click create.

Expected result:
1.Webinar should not be created with larger image than 1000x1000 pixels, the message should be shown that the image field is required in red.

Actual result:
1.Webinar has been successfully created.
