Steps to reproduce
1.Log in to the application
2.Click on the "User" button
3.Fill the "Name" field only with two letters
4.Fill the "Email" and "Password" with valid information
5.Click on the "Create" field

Actual result
Pop up message is displayed "User is successfully created"

Expected result
User should not be able to be created
