Description

Steps to reproduce
1. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/dashboard
2. Click on Users menu
3. Click on edit button next to a User's title
4. Edit the title from "natalija" to "Nate"

Expected results
The admin should not be able to edit the user's title with a less than 7 characters word.

Actual results
The admin was able to edit the user's title with a less than 7 characters word like "Nate".
