Description:
When the user calculates the monthly salary of the employees the application transmits incorrect salary numbers whisch are further reflected in the balance sheet, tax calculations, and annual salary calculations.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the application
2. Calculate the monthly salary of the employees
3. Click on "Finish" button
4. Open the database
5. Manually calculate the salary
6. Compare the numbers

Expeceted result:
1. The salaries should be the same

Actual result:
1. The salaries are different
