Interrapt G26

Description:
Name field in Mentors accepts character length smaller then 3 but by requirements it should be minimum 3

Steps:
1.Open the website
2.Click on Mentors
3.Click on Create
4.Enter 2 characters in "Name field"
5.Fill the fields with valid data
Expected result:
The Mentor should not be able to create Mentor , error message should be displayed under the "Name" field
Actual result:
Mentor is created and there is not any error message under the "Name" field
