Interrapt G26

The "Occupation" input field in "Edit" section of Mentors accepts less than 5 characters that is the lower limit

Steps
1.Navigate to "Interrapt"
2.Open "Mentors"
3.Click on "Edit" button on some of the created mentors
4.In the "Occupation" field insert 4 characters
5.Fill the other fields with valid data
6.Click on "Edit" button

Expected result
There should be message shown that the occupation field is required in red letters

Actual result
Even that the criteria of the field is not met, the mentor can be edited
