Interrapt G26

Description: Mentor profile can be created with a Bio fewer than 20 characters which is against the specifications

Steps:
1. Open the page https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/mentors
2. Click on ''Create'' button
3. Fill all field with valid data except bio
4. Write a bio with less that 20 characters
5. Click on ''Create'' button

Expected Result: Message should be shown that the Bio field is required with red letters
Actual Result: Mentor profile is created and Message ''Mentor has been created successfully'' was displaying on the top right corner
