Interrapt G26

Description: New user should be able to be created with minimum 3 letters.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Navigate to the website interrapt
2.Login with valid credentials
3.Click on users on the side bar menu
4.Click 'CREATE' BUTTON
5.Fill the 'name' field with two letters
6.Fill 'e-mail' field and 'password' field with valid credentials
7.Click 'create'

Expected result: User should not be able to be created.

Actual result: Pop up message 'User created successfuly' pops up.
