Description: Mentor profile can be created with a Occupation fewer than 5 characters

Steps:
1. Open the page https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/mentors
2. Click on ''Create'' button
3. Fill all field with valid data except Occupation
4. Write a Occupation with less that 5 characters
5. Click on ''Create'' button

Expected Result: Message should be shown that the Occupation field is required with red letters
Actual Result: Mentor is created and Message ''Mentor has been created successfully'' was displaying on the top right corner
