Interrapt G26

The "Title" field in "Create" section of Tags should accept only "-" and "." special characters

Steps
1.Navigate to "Interrapt"
2.Open "Tags"
3.Click on "Create" button
4.In "Title" field insert title with any special character except "-" and "."
5.Click on "Create" button

Expected result
There should be message shown that the name field is required in red letters

Actual result
Even that the criteria of the field is not met, the tag can be created
