Interrapt G26

Description: The user is able to Create new User with invalid name (2 characters)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login
2. Enter valid credentials
3. Click "Users"
4. Click on the "CREATE" button to check if it redirects to the "Users Creator" form
5. Click on the "Name" field
6. Fill the "Name" field with 2 characters
7. Click on the "Email" field
8. Fill the "Email" field with valid email
9. Click on the "Password" field
10. Fill the "Password" field with valid password
11. Click on the "Create" button

Expected result: An error message: "The name must be at least 3 characters." should appear below the "Name" field

Actual result: A message: "User has been created successfully" appears in the right upper corner and new user is created
