Title field in Tags accepts numbers

Description:
Title field in Tags accepts numbers which is opposite then the requirements

Steps:
1.Login in on Interrupt
2.Open Tags
3.Click on Create
4.Enter title with numbers
5.Click on Create

Expected result:
Tag should not be created and error message should be displayed under Title field
Actual result:
Tag is created and there is not ant error messages
