Description
Description: "Delete" button is not added next to "Edit" button in order user to be deleted
Steps to reproduce:
1. Click on "User" section
2. Observe the section
3. Delete user
Expected result: Red bin should be at the end of the user row, next to edit button
Actual result: There is no "Delete" button in users rows
