Steps
1.Open thepage
2.Click on the "create" button
3.Fill all field with valid credentials except description
4.write a description with less than 10 characters
5.Click on 'Create" button

Expected Result:
-Message should be shown that the description field must be atleast 10 characters
Actual Results:
-Webinar is created and message "webinar has been created succcessfully" was displaying on the top right corner
