Interrapt G26

Description: The user is able to create a Webinar when the image dimensions are bigger than the maximum dimensions required (1000x1000 pixels)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login
2. Enter valid credentials
3. Click "Webinars"
4. Click on the "CREATE" button to check if it redirects to the "Webinars Creator" form
5. Choose Image File with dimensions of 1500x1500
6. Fill all other fields with valid characters
7. Click on the "Create" button

Expected result: An error message: "Maximum image dimensions allowed are 1000x1000 pixels." should appear below the "Image" field

Actual result: A message: "Webinar has been created successfully" appears in the right upper corner and new webinar is created
