Interrapt G26

The "Title" input field in "Edit" section of Tags accepts less than 5 and more than 50 characters, that is, the lower and upper limits

Steps
1.Navigate to "Interrapt"
2.Open "Webinars"
3.Click on "Edit" button on some of the webinars
4.In the "Title" field insert 4, than 51 characters
5.Fill the other fields with valid data
6.Click on "Edit" button

Expected result
There should be message shown that the title field is required in red letters

Actual result
Even that the criteria of the field is not met, the webinar can be edited
