Interrapt G26

Description: According to specification, when creating new Mentor, the maximum number of characters is 25, but User can be created with 26 characters in the Name field
Step to reproduce :
1. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/mentors/create
2. Write the Name in the Name field with 26 characters
3. Fill in all other required fields
4. Click on Create and check the action

Expected result: When in Name field more than 25 characters are written, message should be shown that the maximum number is overcome
Actual result : When 26 characters are written, and all fields are filled, "New mentor is created successfully" is shown in the upper right corner
