Description - Tag is being created with invalid special characters in the "Title" input field

Steps to reproduce
1. Navigate and log into "Interrapt"
2. Navigate to "Tag" menu
3. Click on the "CREATE" button
4. Type in @#$% in the Title input field
6. Click on "CREATE" button

Expected result - The new tag should not be created
Actual result - Pop up message is appearing that the tag is being successfully created
