Description: In the User menu do not exist delete button next to the edit button
Steps:
1. Navigate to the page https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/users
2. Observe the page
Expected Result: Red ''Delete'' button should be next to edit button
Actual Result: Delete button not exist in the user menu
