Interrapt G26

Description:
The "Name" field allows input values that are less than 3 characters , more than 25 characters and input containing special symbols which are not allowed

Steps:
1.Login on Interrupt
2.In the Name field enter :
-Name with less than 3 characters
-Name with more than 25 characters
-Name containing special characters
3.Fill in all other fields with valid data
4.Click on Create button

Expected results:
User cannot be created and error message should be displayed under Name field
Actual result:
User is created and there is not any error message under Name field
