Interrapt G26

Description : The Surname field in Create section of Mentors should accept only - and . special characters

Steps to reproduce :
1.Navigate to Interrapt
2.Click on Mentors
3.Click on Create button
4.In Surname field insert name with any special character except - and .
5.Click on Create button

Expected result : There should be message shown that the surname field is required in red letters

Actual result: Even that the criteria of the field is not met, the mentor can be created
