Interrapt G26

Description: According the specification, when new Attendee is created, the Name field should accept Alphabetic characters and special characters (only "-" and ".")

Steps to reproduce
1. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/attendees/create
2. Fill in the name field with Alphabetic and special characters, different than "-" and "."
3. Fill in all other required fields
4. Click on Create and observe the action

Expected result: When special characters, different than "-" and "." are written in the Name field, a message for invalid inputs should be shown in red letters
Actual result: When other special characters are written in the Name field, along with other required fields, and when Create button is clicked, message is shown that Attendee is created successfully
