openPhone field in Create Attendee does not accept special characters

Description: According to specification, when creating a new Attendee, the phone field should accept special characters "-" or "+".
Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/attendees/create
2. Fill in all required fields
3. Fill in the Phone field, using "-"
4. Click on create and check the action
Expected result: When all required fields are filled, including the Phone field with special character "-", and clicking Create, new Attendee should be created
Actual result: When special character "-" is written in Phone field, then message "The Phone must be a number" is shown in red letters
