Description

New attendees are being created even when an invalid email address is entered

Test to reproduce:
1. Login to Interrapt
2. Navigate to Attendees page
3. Click on "Create Attendee"
4. Fill in the other fields (Name, Surname, Phone, City, Hight School, Faculty)
5. Enter invalid e-mail (example )
6. Select a Webinar
7. Click on "Create" button

Expected results: After entering invalid e-mail, new attendees should not be created

Actual result: New attendees is successful crated
