Description - The delete button is missing in the "Users" table

Steps to reproduce
1. Navigate and log into "Interrapt"
2. Click on Users page
3. Navigate to Action column of the table and click on delete button

Expected result - There should be a delete button so user can be able to delete users
Actual result - The delete button is missing in the "Users" table. User can not be deleted.
