Description User can be created even though the length criteria for "Name" input field is not met
Step to reproduce
1. Navigate and log into "Interrapt"
2. Navigate to "User" menu
3. Click on "CREATE" button
4. Fill the Name input field with invalid data input (less than 3 characters and more than 25 character)
5. Fill the other input fields with valid input
6. Click "Create" and observe
Expected result - User should not be created
Actual result - A new user can be created even though the length criteria for "Name" input field is not met
