Description: 'Faculty' field on creating new attendees page should be accepting minimum 10 characters.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Navigate to the website interrapt
2.Login
3.Click on Attendees page in the side bar menu
4.Click 'CREATE' button
5.Fill 'Faculty' field with less than 10 characters
6.Fill other blank field with valid data
7.Click 'Create'
Expected result: There should be a message that says that 'Faculty' field should be minimum 10 and maximum 50 characters in length.
Actual result: New attendee is created successfully.
