Description
User is able to crate a new mentor with les than (min 20 character) that is required in the "Bio" field
Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to Interrapt
2. Navigate to Mentor's page
3. Click on "Create" button
4. Enter "Bio" (example "hello1" )
5. Click on "Create" button
Expected result: Error message should be shown with red letters and the user should not be allowed to crate new mentor until the "Bio" field meets the minimum character requirement.
Actual result: The user is able to create a new mentor with less entered data in the "Bio" field, and no error message is displayed.
