Interrapt G26

User is able to crate a new mentor with les than (min 5 character) that is required in the "Occupation" field

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to Interrapt
2. Navigate to Mentor's page
3. Click on "Create" button
4. Enter "Occupation" (example "hell" )
5. Click on "Create" button

Expected result: Error message should be shown with red letters and the user should not be allowed to crate new mentor until the "Occupation" field meets the minimum character requirement
Actual result: The user is able to create a new mentor with less entered data in the "Occupation" field, and no error message is displayed
