Users can create new "attendees" with more than (maximum 25) credentials in the "City" field

Steps to reproduce
1. Login to interrapt
2. Navigate to Attendees page
3. Click on "Create" button
4. Enter "City" (example "SKOPJESKOPJESKOPJESKOPJESKOPJE")
5. Click on "Create"

Expected result: The application should enforce a maximum character limit of 25 in the "City" field it should trigger an error message and prevent the creation of the "attendee" until the name length conforms to the specified limit.

Actual result: The application allows users to create "attendees" in the "City" field that exceed the maximum character limit of 25
