Interrapt G26

Description : The Bio input field in Create section of Mentors accepts less than 20 characters that is the lower limit

Steps to reproduce :
1.Navigate to Interrapt
2.Click on Mentors
3.Click on Create button
4.In the Bio field insert 19 characters
5.Fill the other fields with valid data
6.Click on Create button

Expected result : There should be message shown that the bio field is required in red letters

Actual result : Even that the criteria of the field is not met, the mentor can be created
