The ' Bio' field from 'Create a new Mentor' section should accept less than 20 characters and the user should not be able to create a new Mentor.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Go to 'Mentors' section
2.Click on 'Create' button
3.Fill in all the fields with valid information except 'Bio' field
4.Fill in 'Bio' field with less than 20 characters
5. Observe

Expected result:
If the criteria is not met, a message should be shown that the 'Bio' field is required in red letters and the user should not be able to continue with creating a new mentor

Actual result:
'Mentor is created successfully' message is displayed, allowing the user to create a new mentor
