Interrapt G26

Description:
When the user choose any menu form the sidebar there is a bug that occurs when is selects the "All" option in the records-per-page dropdown filter. When "All" is chosen, the dropdown menu disappears, and there is no way for the user to switch back.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Login on interrapt
2. Click on Tags menu from the sidebar
3. Scroll down
4. Click on the drop-down menu to expand the options
5. Select "All"

Expected result:
When "All" is selected, the dropdown menu should remain accessible, allowing the user to switch back.
Actual result:
After selecting "All," the dropdown menu disappears, and there is no way to choose other records per page without refreshing the page.
