Description

Description : Title field in Tags accepts numbers which is opposite then the requirements

Steps to reproduce :
1.Navigate on Interrupt
2.Click on Tags
3.Click on Create
4.Enter title with numbers
5.Click on Create

Expected result : Tag should not be created and error message should be displayed under Title field
Actual result : Tag is created and there is not ant error messages
