Interrapt G25

Mentor is successfully created even though the number of entered characters in Occupation field is less than 5 which is a minimum allowed value.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to Interrupt
2. Navigate to Mentors
3. Click on 'Create' button
4. Fill all mandatory fields with valid data, except from Occupation
5. Enter less than 5 characters long Occupation
6. Click on 'Create' button.

Expected result:
The Mentor should not be created with less than 5 characters long Occupation. An error message should be shown that the Occupation field is required in red letters.

Actual result:
The mentor is successfully created even though the though the Occupation's length is less than the minimum allowed value. Error message is not displayed.
