Interrapt G25

A Mentor is successfully created with more than 25 characters long occupation, even though the occupation field should accept maximum 25 characters long input.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to Interrupt
2. Click on Mentors
3. Click on Create
2. Enter a occupation with more than 25 characters
3. Fill the other mandatory fields with valid data
4. Click on 'Create' button

Expected Result:
The mentor should not be created with more than 25 characters long occupation. An error message should be shown that the occupation field is required in red letters.

Actual result:
The mentor is successfully created even though the occupation's length exceeds the maximum allowed value. Error message is not displayed.
