Interrapt G26

Description: According to specification, when creating new Mentor, the minimum number of characters in BIO field is 20, but new Mentor can be created with less than 20 characters in the BIO field
Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/mentors/create
2. Fill in all required fields
3. Fill the BIO field with less then 20 characters
4. Click Create and check the following action
Expected result: When in the BIO field, less then 20 characters are written, "BIO field is required" message in red letters should appear
Actual result: When BIO field is filled with less then 20 characters, along with all other required field, and clicking create, "New Mentor is successfully created" message appears
